It is not that the world is unhealthy per se…but there is lots of unhealthy temptation around as well as unhealthy environments. There are many ways to eat better, exercise, avoid unhealthy places, and take care of yourself in simple ways.
The food situation is a big one. Must one tackle everything organic to be healthy? What are the principally important products to purchase systematized? Dairy products take meet face to face and center. Purchasing organic dairy products you are avoiding many valetudinarian hormones.
