If every one of us have such balancing skills when we reached our silver years, the pressure on the younger people of the same age to help take care of us will not have existence that great! Roller skating has been a forgotten activity, but it should be highly stimulate because of its wholesome goodness. One more reason to go out and buy that pair of roller or inline skate, or ice skate as it will help us all to cope with an aging society.
